Kieth may have a point. Perhaps around Jacob Javits there is more room for parking and photos? Kieth & Rob Ferrari know it well...

Yeah the Jacob Javits area is a lot better. Very few cars and many lanes! Also grants EASY access to the Lincoln Tunnel for people that have to leave back to NJ or CT after the event.

Well, the Hooter's food is horrible and greasy, the draft beer is warm and flat, there's no wine list, the decor leaves a tad to be desired.....wait...what excactly is it about Hooter's??...I can't quite put my finger on them...I mean it...

As an aside, I worked at the IMF while I was on College. I was a PC support guy and our boss would disappear everyday for hours and hours. ONE day I needed him for something stoopid and his assitant informed me that he was at the "Off-site Resource-Allocation Center". My friends and I just assumed that he was in some boring meeting trying to get more $$ for the department at one of the many, many buildings the IMF & World Bank occupied in DC.

On our last day working there, he took us the the Off-Site Resource-Allocation Center:

I highly do not recommend being in/around times square with all of your cars....the traffic is already horrendous, plus, if you stop to take pictures, there are way too many people in the area. Not a smart idea - just asking for trouble.
