PCH, This was the original post, I was directed to this thread by duskybird. . . . **Lurk Mode OFF** Ok here it goes. . Long time reader. . Ferrari Club member for ages . . . This is my first post . . I am about to make my first inquiry/purchase on a 2004 360 Stradale. I have a few questions for the audience. 1) Is it ok to list the VIN on the post to see if anyone recognizes this vehicle? a) assuming someone may also have an ability to check carfax for me? 2) Who would you send the car to here in Los Angeles to have an inspection? a) Black Horse? 3) Car has >10k miles, what do you think current market would be today. a) Asking $225k Wants $200k min. 4) Market for same in 12 months? a) not really a factor in my purchase but wanted feed back from the pros here Thanks in advance for any help!!!!
Just purchased a Stradale out of the LA area and used: Fusion Motorsports - Attn: Damian Marilla St., Chatsworth, Ca, 91311 (818) 773-9636 Damian did everything requested and did a fantastic job. Carfax.com is only $24 online Price is dependent upon: color, ownership, options, service records, history, etc. Future price is everyone's guess: Prices have been relatively stable for past 24 months. Increasing price of Scuderia makes Strad look like a bargain. Best of luck. Chris
Looks like a fine example: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350076326510&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:Watchlink:middle:us
why is this in the stories thread? looks like a great car... do you have info that it belongs here? ps i love ron's chevrolet sign right across the street!!!
Nothing to report, I just thought that if someone were intelligently looking for a CS they would come across this "story stradale thread" and find the car. No sense it making CS thread after CS thread, we can just lump them all into one easy place to find info... "Story" doesn't necessarily have to mean Negative history (I am sure this is the idea behind with which you founded this thread) Also, couldn't find a "Non-Story Stradale thread" All the best
Sorry if this one has been discussed before but I didn't catch any mention of it in this thread. Any stories with this car - rosso scuderia, 24k miles in NYC? What's a fair price? http://www.ferrarichat.com/ferrariads/showproduct.php?product=1458&cat=2
I would say a salvage title qualifies this car as a "story Stradale". It will be interesting to see what it bids to. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ferrari-360-STRADALE-04-CHALLENGE-STRADALE-ONLY-2K-MILES-LOADED-MUST-SEE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ84156QQihZ013QQitemZ230270711717QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
Wasn't there an Fchat member, in NY I believe, who totaled a stradale with around the same mileage? I think it was front end damage as well. Anyone know if it is the same car?
That was my car. The only way that car should be on the road is if they re-tubbed it. EVERY structural member from nose to tail was bent or fractured. Everything from the dashboard forward was destroyed. I should have died. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
