I've been searching the threads for one that compared colours. I am looking for a specific one that showed the difference between the reds in pics comparing the more orange reds to the more true reds. Can anyone help me find this thread? I'm not doing very good with my search terms and seem to get posts all over the map.

I'm back to searching and will post if I eventually find it. Any help is bonus thank you.

For what its worth, my perception is that when the entire CS package is in front of you, it doesn't matter if its scuderia or corsa. Both cars look equally stunning. I was suprised to come to this conclusion, owning and very much prefering a corsa CS. But when I saw a scuderia red CS it was just gorgeous. In short, to me the objectively perceived difference (and/or preference) between the two reds evaporates when the cars are in front of you.

Drive as many as you can. Then pick the car you like, not just the color you want. Who know you might buy a CS in yellow, black,....

Yes i agree with this as well, both colors are very nice and comparing pictures instead of seeing the cars in person is a totally different ball game, Rosso scud may look very orange in pictures and turn some people off but in person its more of a bright red and in my opinion its a great color for the CS.

Based on my experience, they all drive slightly different. In fact, the higher mileage cars feel more "tight and right", if you will IMO. Pick the car you like, not just the color. Easier said than done, well, at least it's been a "challenge" for me. And of course you already know this, do your due diligence... I have stumbled across many storied/interesting story CS's.

Not many for sale in Canada = none to drive here.
I don't think I could tell the difference anyway, I'll be relying on PPI

There are 3 currently for sale in Canada, but none in B.C. that I'm aware of. There was a silver w/ grey alcantara CS for sale back in April at Bay City Kia (B.C.) w/ 6900kms, blacked out wheels, silver calipers, hi-fi and extinguisher.

I'm not at all a red fan but I find the Rosso Scud much more rich and nice. The Corsa has the orange tint sometimes with different light imho. I've been told the Corsa is the most sought after color but for me no red works so my opinion really doesn't count :)

I agree with Stokpro. Lots of CS's for sale right now and lots of hidden quirks. Isn't bringing one into Canada pretty hard? Change overs to meet specs? You might have better luck having your local dealer help you acquire one. This will help in the Import issues.

Importing is a breeze they opened up an amazing ammount of cars last year. I don't really care if the car comes from Canada or US as long as it is the right car. I'm just starting to browse anyhow. Nothing serious. Although I did get quotes to have the garage doors raised and I'm lift shopping *just in case* ;)

A couple of years ago FoO had a very nice low mileage black on black (no stripe) Canadian Stradale on sale for about 5 months. That Stradale also had unusual all black leather seats. The seat material was in a pattern just like the seats in the very early factory demo, red Enzo. That was the Enzo with the silver stripe and all the decals along the lower body.

There were said to be 3 different versions of the front bumper system behind the cover depending on the market the Stradale was sold into. Euro was the lightest, followed by the USA and finally the 8 KPH Canadian market version bumper system was the heaviest...

Well what are you waiting for.....Raise the Roof........Add the lift and get your damn CS.....They are just amazing fun to drive. I was a skeptic for a while only driving them small amounts.

Funny someone I know just used Import issues as a reason not to finish buying his car up there. He said it was a nightmare and very expensive plus the dealer didn't want to get it done in the 30 day time period Canada needed.

If you try to do it yourself it is a pain.
If you use a service that regularly pays Ferrari to get the letter you are all set.

YES! And there was the same two cards parked on a street, and one other pose (I think).

    Thank you very much.

Hey skier... Do you have any photos of the color transformation of your car?

It is still the best looking CS in the world. I can't get enough photos!
