Oh, one point bears repeating and emphasizing. I found out the hard way thru a near two year listing for sale on my CS... The CS market (and I think the Scud market to lesser degree) are split into three categories: 1) Collector cars - these are the sub-5000 mile cars in pristine condition. A few of these transacted for $240-$350k range back in the peak (2014). There are not more than a couple of these sales per year in the USA. Most collectors who wanted one, already have one. Thus the sales here are really, really few nowadays. 2) Pride of ownership / hold for value cars - a "tweener" category of 5,000-15,000 mile cars that sell in the low $200s. These don't get driven much at all (500-1000 miles per year, often less). 3) Driver cars - Anything with north of 15,000 miles. These can sell, but go for $150-$200 range, depending upon mileage. A 30k mile car is $150k range. A 15k mile car is close to $200k. A 20k mile care is $180k range. Usually the seller starts out high and they stay on the market as the seller comes to see reality. Of course there may always be the exception out there, but they are just that, exceptions. And frankly there haven't been many or any. There are also a couple of other categories I've omitted, namely damaged cars or otherwise blemished title cars. I have to conclude with the absurdity of the whole thing. A "driver car" is a car with 18,000 miles over 15 years, or 1200 miles per year! Its a shame what Ferrari's have become. But that's another thread...
