    Child seat is my guess. It looks like you have the firewall anchor behind the seat.

    Yes! Great question, I've wanted to ask this myself. I've only seen it at US cars, my EURO CS doesn't have it.

    Child seat. What's funny is the child seat Ferrari sells doesn't have the strap that would use the anchor.

    Kid seat with anchor behind. However, from what I understand having the kid seat installed doesn't turn off the air bag!

    There's a switch, no? There's on in the F430 at least.
