    Just a note to open the European track day season. Went to Lurcy Levis, near Magny Cours, at the weekend with some Ferraris (from Ferrari Zenith in Sion) and Formula Renault 2000's. The event was organised by Sports Promotions in Switzerland. Great weather, nice technical track and the Stradale was a blast! Some pics below.

    Looks like a fun day, am sure you did not have trouble following the Scag' on that track ;-)
    I know that yellow car, must work wonders, how did it compare with your CS ?

    No timed comparison between the 430 and the CS I'm afraid as the 430 had only 500km on it and was still being run-in.

    The lap time difference between a slick shod, 490kg, monocoque Formula Renault car and the street-tyred, air conditioned Stradale was around 10 seconds a lap in favour of the.....Renault :) Echoes of the current F1 championship!

    The organiser, Christophe Hurni of Sports Promotions, has a full track calendar for the 2005 season. Remaining tracks are Magny Cours club circuit 12.5, Dijon 16+17.06, Le Mans Bugatti circuit 14+15.07, Magny Cours GP circuit 24+25.08 and Anneau du Rhin 15+16.09.
