Anyone installed a cage/bar, factory or otherwise, in a US Stradale?

Any idea of good ballpark starting tire pressures?

Anyone play with alignment for the track?

Anyone fit slicks or alternative tires to their car?

    Overheating issues?

Anyone have to replace rotors or pads yet?

Anyone taking a Stradale to the upcoming FCA or TracQuest events at the Glen, or anywhere else on the East Coast (LRP to Sebring)?

The tyre pressure in the manual is where you should start

The car shouldn't have any problems at all with overheating

The brakes seem to have two answers and neither seem very definative and probably depend much more on your driving style than anything else

Can't answer other questions but didn't think factory rollbar was an option in the US but would think fitting one would be pretty straight forward

My answers right now are "not yet". Not too helpful, sorry.

Just wanted to say that I'm very interested in many of the same questions,
as I am a track-junkie stradale owner! (Just not out of break-in yet.)

A guy I know from FCA-NER (a non-Fchatter) has had a roll bar (not a full cage) and harnesses fitted to US CS. The work was done at Classic Coach for the roll bar and looked very nice indeed - I think it used the factory bar and trim parts - circa 5K I think.

He has been out on the track but had problems with the tires - apparently a bad batch led to cracking in the walls so watch those tires guys.

I'm up to 750 miles or so, so have now fully experienced the 8500rpm race mode shift :) 1st,2nd,3rd into 4th is intoxicating. It really does feel quicker than the standard car.

I'm going to try to make some events this summer with mine, but I've got a few conflicts (including going to the British GP in July rather than the LRP Ferrari Weekend).

I did some initial investigation into Slicks and no joy yet - the 18" Challenge Wheels don't fit over the CS brakes. I did find out from another 360 owner that you can't buy the CS wheels direct from Ferrari without a CS VIN.

Interesting... I know another CS owner who experienced some major chunking of the outside tread block on his front tires. I'll definitely be watching the tires closely.

WHAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The car was delivered to you at the FOW party and that was March 1st and in the past 60 days you've put only 450 miles on it.

Will, that works out to about 7 MILES PER DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!

If you don't start driving that car more I am going to have come over to your house and steal the keys :)

By the way, if you are running the CS at the FOW track day you'll want to start out at about 5 pounds of pressure all around. Maybe less if I line up behind you in the Acura :)

Seriously, I can't wait to see and hear you car at the FOW event. I really want to see what it can do compared to your 360 C.

And I was feeling bad that I've been so darned busy trying to open a restaurant that I didn't get it broken in during the first week! ;)

But I'll get there by the end of the second week!
