Strange buzzing sound coming from 2012 California

    I am experiencing a strange buzzing sound. It appears to be coming from
    The front of the car (California 2012) and only seems to happen at low speeds. I hear it most as I let off the gas . Has any experienced this before or have any ideas? It sounds like it comes from the front of the car , but I’m not entirely sure . It won’t let me upload the video but I have a video of it occurring 3x in just a few seconds

    Something caught in the radiator fan shroud.
    Loose plastic engine under cover flapping in the wind.

    Thanks for your input . I’m trying to find other videos that sound similar abs no such luck . I will suggest this to my mechanic but if any other ideas come up please let me know
