I am having a strange issue with blown fuse. This is related to my turn signals, the fuse for hazard light would be blown almost every other day even after I replace it.

It's the 15amp hazard light fuse. Does anyone know what is the cause?

First thing to do is determine is that the one and only thing that's not working when that fuse is blown? If it is then the problem is in that one circuit only which is a good thing.

Next up does it blow only when hazards are used or is it equally likely to blow when the indicators are used? If only hazards then the problem is most likely related to that switch.

If only when the indicators are used then perhaps focus turns to the indicator stalk.

If it blows straight away (as soon as one or other switch is used) then we're talking about a short circuit of a positive to ground. If it lasts for a certain length of time then we're talking about an excessive load (slightly over the fuse rating) causing the fuse to slowly heat up and fail. That would most likely be related to a corroded connection somewhere.

What you need to try and do is isolate when and how the fuse blows. This will help identify where you need to stark looking for solution.

Hope this is of some assistance.

This is good advise, and most likely the cause.

You might check and see if Dave Helms and Scuderia Rampante Innovations is making a gold connector kit for the 360. If you have one corroded, you may have more. His connectors fix the problem forever.

I was going to drop off the car to get the blown fuse issue fixed this Monday. However, the problem seems to gone away for now. The fuse used to blown if I use turn signal a few times. It now has been a week of constant use and the fuse hasn't blown yet. I am scratching my head, this is just odd.
