Strange noise from 360 manual transmission...

    I have been experiencing the following problem with my '02 360 Manual 6-speed :

    When the engine warms up there is a strange noise coming from the transmission when I'm driving slowly in traffic. The clutch and the syncros of the gearbox work fine, but there is a knocking sound when the car is moving at 5-10 mph in first or second gear, or when I am pulling from a stop and I am releasing the clutch.

    This happens only when the engine is warm ... what could it be ?

    Thats really going to require someone looking at the car and probably on a rack with the belly pan off to figure out.
