Andrew, I think Strati are Ferrari's rally car if they did one. QV rally cars are prob 450-500 with good history. Raceable as anything, fun on new vintage rallies. They had unsold Strati years after production stopped. Dumb.
Thing feels like a helmet sized car, tiny, but comfortable. A Dino GTO. Brutal, uncompromising, but really nice car if you know what you're doing. Should have bought the smoking one I looked at years ago. Dumb.
Put them in here Dave, I have doubts about Fiat Dinos or Thema 8.32's though. Although a 2.4 Fiat coupe is a great car if you find one.

    credit to orig photographers.
PS, Stratos, give the Dino a break, it is a really nice, balanced car, and coupes are gorgeous. Predecessor of the V8's that everyone slathers over. Far more V6 and V12 racecars than V8 Ferrari racecars. All about the racers driving the road cars, but Strati are racecars driven by rules and roadcar-Dino. :)

Well, Dinos are not Ferraris either, and they have a section.

The Stratos is an orphan. A homologation special bearing no genetic link to the badge attached to its front clip, it is from that perspective not a Lancia. Although its drivetrain is from the 246, it is because of that badge that it isn't a Ferrari. It is sometimes referred to as the "Super Dino" or a "Dino on steroids," because its strongest familial connection is with the Dino. It appears in many publications exclusively on the Dino, and perhaps a treatise on the Dino wouldn't be complete without it.

It is virtually unknown in U.S.

An unusual status then for a car, that of being an orphan. But then perhaps the Dino shares that status.
