    Hi,

    For my 3.2 Mondial Cab I would like to replace the old converter with a stright-pipe configuration or, as an alternative, implement the Hyper- Flow catalytic converter.
    Regarding this subject, I have some questions;
    1. Is any engine adjustment required if the old converter is replaced with a stright-pipe configuration or the Hyper- Flow catalytic converter ?
    2. Recommended store where I can purchase a replacement pipe, Euro version.
    3. Approx. power increase ?

    Best regards
    Oystein S

    1. No engine adjustments are necessary with either pipe or HyperFlow

    2. Most 3.2 cars (328) in Europe are non-cat dual-inlet mufflers. USA/CDN cars have a single inlet muffler that uses 1 cat (or 1 pipe) What does your car have? HyperFlow does NOT have a product for dual-inlet 3.2 Euro motors. Please verify your configuration

    3. "Power" increase not really the goal. What you'll feel with straight pipe or a HyperFlow cat (compared to OEM) is throttle response in the mid-range of engine revs.

    4. We ship HyperFlow products for free worldwide.

    I have a single inlet muffler with 1 cat. The 3.2 Mondial Cabr was delivered new from Switzerland, Zurich, 21.03.1989. I do not really know why the car is equipped with the "US pipe/cat configurationÂ…..."

    I would put in the hyperflow if it were me. You get the benefits of higher flow without the stink.

    Swiss made Cats compulsory before the rest of Europe.

    I agree 100% for a convertible.
