Stuck Exhaust flap, no dealer repair allowed

Hello all,

Has someone experienced an issue with the exhaust flap? Mine got stuck with an engine error back in October. My dealer told me that Ferrari is working on sw update that should be ready in Q1 2023. But otherwise, the car was ok, so the dealer just reset the error and sent me home.

As expected no update so far, and after the service car reading last week, the issue with flaps still persists, and there were some errors stored again. Ferrari asked my dealer to remove the whole exhaust and send it to Italy for some extra work. No one knows what kind of work....

The dealer replied that removing the whole exhaust is a big job whether it is really necessary, and factory then replied to send only the exhaust flaps for repair.

Have someone experienced something similar? I am honestly surprised that the dealer can not simply change the flaps for the new ones or why the dealer is not allowed to repair the current ones....

I am afraid that this will take ages to solve....
