I signed up for the 30 day trial, and 3 hours later they cancelled it thinking i was a car dealer, Im not! They have charged my card, sent me an email explaing that I was a dealer (WTF) and that my account was closed. they will not talk to anyone on the phone or call me back after many emails explaing the mistake all I get is that they think im a dealer and thats that. Its driving me nuts, i just had to vent.
I once had a carfax run on a car I was about to buy. The record listed possible odometer rollback. It showed the car went from 20,000 miles to 121,000 and back to 21,000 in about 3 years. Tried to get them to acknowledge a simple typing error, even with proof. No go. They didn't care. Said they can't fix it even if the records are wrong. Oh...I passed on the car anyway.
