    Before pronouncing it DOA you might check to be sure it is seated properly. I just got through completely redoing my consol and I had to seat this switch twice before it worked properly. And I agree...in is off and out is on. If you are cutting the power while you are switching out the switch once you restore power wait about 30 seconds before trying the switch. Good luck

    I have it out of the car and am doing a connection check between the pins via the wiring diagram. I think there is a problem. I'll report back when I have something conclusive. Thanks for the help!
