Got my CS from the dealer without the subwoofer working.

When I turn the stereo on, The little speakers under the dash work (sounds very tinny, presumably they are only tweeters) but the Sub woofer doesn't, am I doing something wrong, is there a button somewhere to switch the subwoofer on,has anyone else had this problem?

    Thx

mine works - never pushed a button... but i do know that you can control the sub/bass settings on the head unit, maybe these are turned down / off - worth a look before ringing the dealer

In my 575 the Sub Woofers are linked to the rear speakers so if you turn the fader too far forward the Sub Woofers stop working

    Worth checking

yes thanks Mark...I hoped it was the fader...but when I checked both the fader and the balance settings were both in the middle where they should be

not sure if its something you could check your self??

i.e the cable has come out the back of the head unit (easy to see in the CS) or does the sub unit unscrew from the rear shelf again could just be a cable that has popped out due to the bumpy ride.....?
