    I think you probably mean "refined sugar" is the devil. Big difference, IMO.

    Everythings bad for you.

    Stevia and all those other "natural sweeteners" are awful tasting. And probably bad for you too.

    Of course it is. That's why there are so many rock songs that play up the sweet sense of taste. Very few that I can recall about sour, bitter (country music doesn't count), salty or umami!

    Wouldn't worry about a little sugar of any kind. Just don't have an abundance of any sugar that includes fructose.
