Spending a week at the beach right now & wondered if there were any "must try" eating spots or activities. Tried a search, but only found a couple places.

Seems a lovely time to visit - good weather & not TOO crowded...

I really liked Frank's Outback in the Pawley's Island area, right on Highway 17. I had a really good flat iron steak there.

If you like seafood and an everyday average Joe atmosphere try Rockefeller's on 17 at 37th st NMB. Reasonably priced very casual but great food.

Well, had a GREAT time in MB but didn't get to check on many thread responses - laptop charger died Monday. Didn't even manage to hook up with DrS. for some scotch!

You might have come out a winner not drinking scotch with DrS

You need a mortgage to pay for a bottle of the kind he drinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

David I have seen a thread where you talk about single engine planes, If you get one will you carry your Ferrari around like they carry the space shuttle on the top of a jumbo jet?

PS Camden races, is it happening this year?
PPS will you be in Charlotte this weekend for Kevins Ferrari gathering?

LOL! I missed his 4th of July party too. If he cares, he just might think I'm snubbing him!

'Fraid you must have me mistaken for another David. I love aviation, but tend to drool over multi-engine planes. Also, don't have a Ferrari - have to make do with a P-car and a toy Z3.
