I Baught a 1999 360 modena gated 6 speed car. Got it sight unseen based off lengthy conversations and across the country. Well when I got it. The shifter cable was broken. So I order new cables and installed them myself. Long story short the Trans is stuck in 4th gear. So to work I go. I start pulling the Trans apart, pulled linkage apart off side of Trans pull cover off to manually try and move shift forks. All others will move but 4th gear won't come out of place. So I'm going to pull Trans. Any advice on things I could do to the engine or anything else while I'm here. Car has 65k on it. Motor sounds very good. No ticks or rattles.
