I'm glad because I want Ed to stay focused on my car.
I saw the goodies you brought in......Nice!
And your car is always kept inside; thought you'd like to know.
Heading to Ed's now, we're going out for breakfast.
Thanks, should improve the car optically and physically. Still working on the headrests, they're gonna be just as spectacular and will make the silhouette shots look even more realistic.

Ah yes, I know the area well. I remember over a dozen years ago a famous ex-football player with your first name blowing by me right on that stretch in his modified 300Z twin turbo. (I wasn't racing; but he sure was in a hurry)
Black 360 Spyder in Park Ridge could have been one of my old Bone Docs. He works out of Lutheran General on Dempster.
Yep, he also had a beat up Testarossa.
Talked to him on a few occasions; he was a real nice guy.

O'Hare this AM: saw the same silver GT2 I 'ran into' a few months back in Crystal Lake. Plate is "FAT RIDE".
At the car show in barrington there was a 275, Murci, Ultima GTR, and an Exige.
Walter Payton? He had a beat down Testarossa?
Someone has been keeping a nice primrose yellow Jaguar S2 XKE convertible at Diversey yacht club.
Walter had alot of really cool cars. There were always "Walter Sightings" in some kind of cool, Exotic car. He had a stake in quite a few Restaraunts all around the Chicago area. There was one right here close to me in Oakbrook/Lombard, and he'd be there once in awhile. I met him once at his "Roundhouse" Restaraunt and Brewery out in Aurora. Truly a Great guy!
But, he seemed to be, um, always in a hurry to get from the Barrington area, which is a far Northwest Suburb of Chicago, where he lived, to his places. And, you'd occassionally see a paragraph in the Newspaper that Walter would get pulled over Speeding, but usually let go...
I remember that one poster of Walter and McMahon, in uniform, standing next to a Countach. After the Bears won the '85 Superbowl, and after Walter retired. The Bears started slumping. My buds and I would joke, that if the Bears were down at the Half. A Dark Blue Countach would pull onto Soldier Field, right at the 50 yard line. The door would lift open. And, out would jump Walter-in uniform-back to "save the day!"....
There's a car stereo place in Palatine, and they've got pics of lots of installs they did for Wally, along with pics of him next to the cars, other Bear players' cars, etc. There were a few Lambos of his in that collection, as noted by others here.
