Black Noble M12 on Randall near Algonquin Sounded like it had a big block in it and not the TT-V6 Plate was OVER200 Has anyone seen this monster?
Monterey is unreal. I gave up listing my spottings but will post pics eventually. Lost count on how many Ferraris, Lambos and other exotics I saw in one day. Unreal.
Yeah, I hear ya! Me too, I'll post some pics when I get home this weekend. It sucks that vacation is over already.
+1...somehow we have not crossed paths yet out here were you able to get any shots along the Stampede?
It's easier to list what I didn't see.. The yellow Drophead is Michael Fux's btw.. It was over at Quail which he attended. The two Morgan's have been around, they were at McCalls Wednesday and Quail today. If anyone gets a chance there's an FXX sitting in the RM lot. Image Unavailable, Please Login
funny enough, i didnt get route details until the first pit stop! a bit nerve racking when you're driving new roads in a new car and completely out of your element. we had no room for the SLR, but managed some decent shots with a compact cam: http://www.flickr.com/photos/lexzion/sets/72157624720374026/
Spotted on cruise along PCH down to Big Sur...ACTUALLY on the road havin fun!!! 355, 575, 430, Diablo VT Roadster, CGT, Enzo, 458, Yellow 570 SL....and the ONLY red 570 SL 1 of 1, what are the odds??
you were invited, your loss! Hotel parking garage...which one of these people is doing his own thing??? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Saw the fastest production street car yesterday at Laguna Seca: An ueber ueber ueber Veyron. 1200 horses and just set the world's speed record. Townsend, thanks for that FXX picture, which let me discover that whole RM and Steele auction area. That was nifty. Watched a Superamerica change hands for 1.6 millions USD. I think that is insane, but I'm not an expert. Comments? Personal highlight so far: Dan Gurney in his Eagle
A friendly one only on to the highway for the start of the stampede...mid way through they sent a chopper to follow us for a bit to curb the "fun" unfortunately, but that was only for a bit Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here are a few pics I took at the Concorso. I will post some more later. The Veyron was the most beautiful paint combination I have seen on that vehicle. The pics don't do it justice. Nice shots. Back from the Pebble Beach Concours: This show is totally overrated. Cavallino and both Goodwood events are so much better. I was bored and left after 90 minutes including lunch and shopping. Barely a racecar in sight. Oh well, Concorso and Laguna Seca Historics were great.
