Our local radio station plays 2 hours of eighties music on Sundays which I enjoy. Depeche Mode is on now "All I ever wanted all I ever needed is heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere in my arms"

Nope no hair bands or metal. They do stuff like Depeche Mode, The Fix, The Church, Smitharenes, Concrete Blonde etc.
I wish we had a radio station that played hair metal I love Ratt, White Snake Dokken etc. I get it on one of the Digital T.V. music channels I have called arena bands.

Just slid in "The Church" for this Sunday morning's service. "Under the Milkyway". Yeah. Toad the Wet Sprocket is good too "Walk on the Ocean" (all that: walk on the ocean, step on a stone, flesh becomes water, wood becomes bone), etc. & some old Jackson Brown just because.

Under The Milky Way Tonight is a great tune...."Sometimes when this place gets kind of empty sound of their breath fades with the light I think about the loveless fascination under the Milky Way tonight"

I am more of a Modern Talking guy with some Hall and Oates thrown in the mix.

I like a lot of 80's, esp. Depeche Mode, the Cure, etc. I just got the new The Killers CD (they're a new young group) and it really is a throwback to 80's rock/synth pop sounds.
