What would you go and see if you are a California Vintage Ferrari Nut and have only this Sunday available in the area? I will be staying in Teaneck,NJ after a tour of Car Collections. Someone said there is something to see at Rte.135 in Schrewsberry,NJ Is it a Cars and Coffee or ? Any FCA shows or ?
There is an event down in Cherry Hill, but that's a long way from Teaneck (about 2 hour drive down the Jersey Turnpike): http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=386126 Other than that, not aware of anything in the area this weekend.
Not exactly a show, but you might see an Enzo in Livingston (about 30 minutes from Teaneck) if you time it right. http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showpost.php?p=141843424&postcount=1113
I'm spoiled being from Southern California, but we get to see them on fairly often.Does anyone have an in to see Lawrence Auriana's Collection or that of Peter Sachs ? Are there any big Concours events this Sunday ? I enjoy Bugattis and Bentleys etc. as well.
Not that I know of. One of our region's big shows was the Manhasset "Concours" (isn't really much of a concours. More of a show.), which was 10 days ago. That was amazing. If you don't mind a self-plug, here's my photo gallery from that show: http://s1276.photobucket.com/albums/y470/TractionControlOff/Exotic%20and%20luxury%20supercar%20shows%202012/Americana%20Manhasset%20Concours%20d%20Elegance%202012/ As for Bugatti's and Bentleys...umm, you'll see some Bentleys around, but I've never seen a Bugatti on a public road around here. Sounds like Sunday is going to be a pretty lousy weather day, too, so you won't see much.
I wasn't. I did see pictures, though. The Miura SV this year made up for it, though. What a stunning car.
