    Didn't make the Kent meeting last night but just spoke with Peter who has asked me to warn everyone about speed cameras on the A259 between Brighton and the marina (Marina Parade). He got a ticket there last week :(

    For whoever asked, parking is not in ASDA but in the normally pedestrianised marina square which will be open just to F-cars.

    Apparantly the area is properly called the 'Village Square'....!!

    See you at Clacketts at 8 on Sunday.

    Bearing in mind the mass exodus of the working classes to the seaside on a Sunday, and the fact that the gay pride thing (easy, Stevef) is bound to make the situation even more busy, I suggest a route deviation that bypasses the centre of the town would be a very good idea. Perhaps M25, M23, A27 (Eastbound), B2123 (Southbound), then back along the A259 (ie Westbound) to the Marina, but if Dan or John have a better idea, now is the time to speak up.

    advice for stig have a pee before you leave the house and dont drink all day then you dont have to use any public toilets in brighton as that is where it all happens

    Guys,

    Paul and myself are doing some video work on the way down to Brighton, so I will need some volunteers to drive to direction for at least part of the way so I can get some footage on my rear bumber mounted camera.

    Volunteers?

    If so, I would suggest being there at about 10 minutes before lift off time.

    Oh yeah, Graham, it will be in the main car park...

    I often go sailing on a Sunday morning, and you can take it from me that the streets will be quiet at 9am. However the route via Falmer is a bit more fun, though watch out as there are speed cameras on both routes. I will try and join you en-route, on the A23 just North of Brighton?
