great cars Lambos mate in melbourne has one like yours drives it most days is a very loyal Lambo owner has a 1 owner 350gt and a muira sv, two other mates got jaramas . Constant talk muira vs daytona, 350gt vs gtc, jarama vs gtc/4 and boxer vs countach. So on the moderns what are goods and bads compared to 360 and 430.

It's always interesting to hear the thoughts of someone who owns both cars, as you'd expect there to be a little less bias than the thoughts of a one-eyed devotee to a marque who wouldn't touch the opposition in a purple fit.

Mark, we had an OHOS run to Strath for breakfast this morning. 5 e-types, an mgb-gt, the RENSC and a 355 spyder. a bit more sedate than the original SFR's. it's about time you got that bambino and joined us. goober could come along in the 330. no gt3's allowed.

and all 5 e-types made it home successfully. i think that's a record.

they get all sorts of cars go on sunday runs now. even the 355, so i guess the SE would be welcome. it's at a bit more realistic start time also. usually about 8:30. if/when we go out again, i'll let you know.

 

Rob, do you know an e-type guy called Chris Waldock? builds a lot of engines for people here and been doing it for many years. he's a friend and neighbour and the main organiser of our OHOS runs.

Sublime! I'd happily have a series 1 coupe or series 1 roadster with hardtop. When I get a chance, I'll post the E-Type pics I took at Albert Park in 1994.

 

Me to years ago had a series 1 4.2 fhc in pale primrose had a lot of fun taught me how to drive.

a mate has a series 1 coupe, dark metallic grey with minilites which may be forsale shortly as he is building himself a roadster. Chris has a BRG series 1.5 roadster with a clack hardtop. looks stunning.
