    Sorry, I ended up moving some furniture, though a cool pool sound wonderful!
    If I catch lunch, it'll be around 2:00....assuming the t-storms hold off.

    I did a run of one today. 20 mile sprint on the Northern Pkwy. Mondi is (for now) in top form. Hell, even the A/C was able to keep up with heat today.

    hey guys, im up for a run or just to get together today. I have a meeting with germany at 1130(they dont seem to understand that its the 4th of july weekend:) )It should take me about 2 hours. I am free after that until about 4 or 5. If anyone wants to get together, let me know. The RS is dying for some leg stretching now that she is at 1000 miles and I can get upto the 8300 rpm redline.
