    I used an external mic clipped to the license plate frame.

    Huh?
    The soundtrack is outside the car.
    There is no sound on video from inside the car.

    That’s what I’m saying. It’s misleading: the FF mine included sounds great outside but inside it’s very quiet.

    Yup, this car needs a built in mic near the exhausts channeling the sound into the cabin.
