    Some of you may remember my shipping damage thread where the transport driver burned up the clutch. I did what many of you suggested and just had the clutch replaced so I could start enjoying the car while I battle it out for reimbursement from the shipper's insurance.

    Now that I've got the car out on the road, I am in total awe. The car is everything I hoped it would be. Raw, responsive, and beautiful. The definition of a driver's car. Every part on the car has a purpose and nothing feels extraneous. I'm surprised by how many of the controls and surfaces are solid METAL. Hardly any fragile plastic anywhere.

    Great you got it running. It's like a go kart definitely feels analog. I love it very purposeful and functional. Driving around the back steps out slightly when cornering hard around corners. A real treat to drive. Check your steering rack bushing btw it makes a difference at higher speeds.

    Lift the front passenger wheel and grab the tire front and back and push pull and see if there is noticable slop you'd see the tie rod buckle.
