I use Sunbusters here in Austin and that is the film they use. I have the track pack on my Cali T HS and I am putting my new RR in for a complete wrap since it is going to be driven off road in West Texas. I am pleased with the result on the Ferrari.

It works and looks good and this one is self-healing with a 10 year warranty not to fade. I haven't been able to tell there is a film on the car.

PPF has come a long way since it first came out. The current top films do not yellow, and are self healing to a certain degree (an easily proven feature so it’s not some marketing scam).

The warranty is legitimate too. I’ve replaced a panel once under warranty. Granted, the warranty is only against adhesion loss and yellowing. Also it only applies to the owner of the car at the Time of installation, not to future owners.

I also agree with the comment about not seeing the film, neither I nor a friend could tell the work had already been done on my 458. I actually thought he had finished the paint correction, cleaned the car, and was about to apply the film when I was told it was already installed. These films have come a long way over the years. That said, I can also understand the thinking of those that opt out on film installation, it isn't necessary if the car never get hit by road debris. I guess I'm one of those that prefers to have the insurance.

Agree on film, I've had on my Aperta for a couple of years and you wouldn't know it. Replace heavy wear areas like around the side holders a couple of times a year but no paint damage at all. Very impressed so far.

I highly recommend Ron and Anthony at Concours Auto Salon in San Antonio, (210) 616-9669. https://www.concoursautosalon.com They installed SunTek Ultra on my Aston Martin Vanquish. They do outstanding work and stand behind it.
