    Found this on Youtube. Thought you old drag racers might enjoy seeing Sox and Martin, Dick Landy, Don Grotheer and others actually taking it down the drag strip......

    Wow, found more. Not just Super Stock but funny car, top fuel, and all the rest at the 1969 NHRA Indy Nationals. This is what I grew up on and learned to race on......

    The tech in todays cars is truly amazing, but the back yard innovation in the early drag cars is so cool to look back on.

    Those are great videos. The Sox and Martin and Dandy Dick Landy cars are so great to watch. That is a real treat.
