Not sure if it's different in the UK, but here the cars get sold in various ways. Like any other car.

FWIW, I've never seen a car for sale with any disclaimer noting it was a rental car. And there have been a ton of rental Ferrari's in this town.

Doesn't catch everything, but many titles that are registered corporate/fleet are a dead ringer. Many have them registered to a personal account to avoid this red flag. Any mechanic worth their salt will be able to identify a high-mileage beater that's been stretched as loose as a goose.

Why? Are you in the exotic rental car business?

    Indeed.

I think in Las Vegas specifically, if you go with a known company they maintain the cars well. Especially the racing rentals. But one would still want to know if they were buying one, for sure.

Hardly...my original post was to wonder if these cars ever had mileage rollbacks when this was evidently possible at Ferrari dealerships. Roll the miles a little, respray the front bumper and presto, a gently used Ferrari.

Personally it wouldnt really bother me to buy an ex rental, assuming i had a ppi and it was to my satisfaction, so its unlikely id end up with one anyway

Agreed, it comes down to the condition and maintenance. I would rather have a loaner completely overhauled then some non loaners for sure!

Where did you find good options? To be honest, I never had experience with car rentals, except when we used limo hire London for our wedding. That was a cool experience, but of course, I didn't drive it. When we were planning our wedding, we wanted everything to be perfect, including our transportation.
