    Talk about timing of your post being spot on.

    Just received another order from Superformance for my 246 GTS restoration. I had previously received Rod Bearings and Crank bearings from GT Car parts in AZ and they came in a brown box, no label stating country of origin and were out of spec. So I turned to Superformance, generally known good for thousands of dollars of past purchases over 15 years (BUT with a few returns)

    Not wanting to repeat past return costs and fearing the GT Car Parts were from a country known for poor production (China) I asked Superfoemance by email before buying and was told they're to Vanderwell V2 spec.

    After two emails confirming I purchased and received
    ... wait for it ...
    EXACTLY the same packaging and labelling as the GT Car Parts bearings; plain brown box, NO Country of manufacture and labels stating "246: Standard size" which then measured out of spec.
