I have been trying to get a hold of Superformance to order a set of 16" wheels via e-mail. No response. Is there a US Distributor, or do you need to go direct? Other recommendations for reproduction wheels that a person can get a hold of. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I had a similar delay when I bought some parts. I gave them a quick call which worked.

I have great and prompt service from Super. Call and ask for Colin I'm sure you will be served well. My only bad experience has been with receiving the wrong seals for a couple of applications. lost

    Yes.

I called from a ship in the harbor of St Petersburg Russia when I ordered mine.

No BS. Colin was "All Over it." Quick, Great service when he knew I was "racking up" a bill.

    CALL.

Early last year, I called superp to order a steering wheel, don't remember who I talked to. It got here fast and order was correct.

T Rutlands carries the wheels... but I've never had any problems ordering from Superformance using their web site or phoning them. Email... doesn't seem to be their first-choice way of doing stuff.

    Hi Guys,
Just a quick note on the wheels. Ted Rutland does stock our wheels so no problem to order through him. We're also happy to ship to from the UK to the USA as about 70% of our sales are outside the UK.
The best way to order from us is through the web site as the orders are downloaded first thing every morning and are normally sent out the same day, it's the way we're set up and by far the quickest way to get stuff from us.
The web works the best for us but phone orders are no problem, it's actually really nice to speak personally to our customers, although our only worry with these are spelling mistakes, zip codes taken down wrongly, etc, ending up in parcels misrouted, which is why we prefer it through the web site where you type your own details in to avoid those issues.
As to email, we do try to keep on top of those but we get such a high volume that at times it's difficult to keep up with them all which is why from time to time we do fall behind in getting back to people, believe it or not we get so many questions that there are two, (yes two!....), of us answering emails virtually full time and yet we still get behind. However the only thing I can say and confirm is that even if we do get a little behind at times absolutely 100% of emails do receive an answer so we always get back to people, even if at times it is a little delayed.
Enjoy your cars, and happy Ferrari driving times.
    And all the best,
    Colin

    Hi Guys,
I forgot to mention we have been playing catch up with emails at the moment in that with the Easter break and the extra public holidays for the Royal Wedding it meant that for the last three weeks of April we had a four day week, followed by another 4 day week, followed by a three day week!...... So thanks to our very generous Government for granting these extra holidays we were a little short of working days in April!....
However all the guys and girls here at Superformance have been great and have been working overtime to catch up on everything so all will be back to normal for next week.
    All the best,
    Colin
