I can't get into Superformance's site today after several attempts. I tried a few weeks ago and got the same result. Tried on several browsers and got the same "unable to connect" message. Anyone able to connect?

So strange! This is the only site I can't access. Googled the problem and said to unplug and restart my router but still no luck.

I cleared all of my cookies on Firefox and tried searching with Bing and Chrome and still can't get in. Funny this is the only site that doesn't work. I don't need anything from Superformance but it's a little aggravating not being able to see their site. This might be better in a tech forum than the Dino forum.

Perhaps your wife or significant other blocked the site - it can be expensive you know :)

I literally ordered parts from them late Friday for my Fiat Dino Spider (their Saturday) and got an email my order was shipped on Monday. Parts arriving by DHL on Thursday. I don't believe its a problem on their end.

These guys are just great. They are my "go to" site first to see if they have what I need. If not, then I hunt.

All SF parts can now be bought Stateside at Ferrari Parts Exchange which is a mirror website of SF without Overseas S &H and easier returns

That's essentially the same result that I received, with the addition of that their site "took too long to respond." It is strange because last night I was able to get to the V6 section, but not the V12 sections. And when I tried again today, I couldn't get into their site at all. I am going to call them Thursday morning during their regular business hours.

    This site can’t be reached
www.superformance.co.uk took too long to respond.

Also, Ferrari Parts Exchange is not a "mirror" of the Superformance website, although it appears that they are listing many of SF's items.

Brian Crall (Rifledriver) had this to say about Ferrari Parts Exchange in the Technical Forum recently (April 9, 2024) -

"Pretty much SOP. FPE owner has a very long and colorful career in Ferrari business.
Good chance your money was used to buy parts for the prior order and as soon as he has another order and money he will order yours."

I emailed SF to see if its any glitch their end, I dont have any problems getting onto the site or ordering parts although i did have a similar issue sometime ago and cleared browser cache, seemed to fix it.

Colin reports all is good there end so may be worth trying another device to highlight where the problem is.

I called Chris at SF last night (U.S. Pacific time at 1:02am, 9:02am in the UK) and he said that he would check with IT. He apparently did and it working now.

    change your DNS setting.

1.1.1.1. or 8.8.8.8. instead of letting your server pick the DNS. Might make the problem go away.
