WOFTAM. Nice F40 and a 355 daily driver, or one new Superyanktank?
Hmmmm, don't have to think too hard on that choice.

After seeing a few in person now (in various colours) the looks have grown on me, but I'd still prefer a 575. Its not like I need the two rear seats.....

Almost certainly; but I don't really follow them. Someone from NSW may know more.

STAND CLEAR, THIS IS A HARD HAT AREA.

    WATCH OUT FOR FALLING VALUES.

*SHUDDER*... why on earth would anyone buy one of these......

I hope they drive better than a 575M, they need SOMETHING going for them, surely??

    Nice brakes.......

    "superitalia"

    I like it.

Still not interested in owning a chop top 575 though.

    If I was given it as a gift, I'd swap it for a 288GTO and a 550.

    phil,
this may be quite difficult for me being so clinically insane, but has it ever occurred to anybody that when all this F1 technology (gear change etc)is out of warrantee and after 10 or so years who is gonna be able to fix it, like its not like a conventional gbox with pressure plate clutch and thrust bearing or like the trimatic or turbo400 where some semblance of mechanical knowledge can rectify things. all this new stuff is great when new but the concern is how does one feel confident buying say a 200,000 km 360 in 15 years ?

I want to know what happens when a SuperAmerica owner gets caught in a sudden rain shower with the roof open and flips the roof over. Where does all the water that's caught in the roof when it was open go????

Any 360 that's managed to get to 200,000km should be fine as it will have had various lots of maintenance/repair/overhaul done on it in that time. It's the ones that have only done 10 - 15k that are really going to have problems with seals, electrics etc etc. Something to be said for driving and maintaining the cars sensibly and not treating them like garage queens. Phil can probably quote you lots of examples of that.
