Supertweaks

Had to pass on bad experience with this outfit. I ordered a coolant cover in September 2021. I emailed about 6 weeks after order confirmed saying it would be another 6-8 weeks. Emailed again several times 6 weeks later with no response and no update. I then requested Visa cancel order and refund my money for fraud. Shortly after I received email from Supertweaks saying order was cancelled and refund was issued and would be processed. 2 more weeks and nothing on refund and no response from company. First time and last time dealing with them and now out hundreds of dollars. Beware.

Did you get your money back? Seems tons of bad reviews on them, makes no sense why to run a business like this.

I ordered some Range Rover parts from them in early July. Took about a month just to ship the order out of their warehouse. Received it about a week later across the pond. Not sure why it took so long to leave their warehouse.

 

I asked them if they had my part instock, and they refunded then had the audacity to charge a FEE and not do a full refund.

Please everyone stay away from these scammers. The internet is FULL of cases of them stealing peoples money and lawsuits against them.

 

Sorry. I wish I would have seen those before placing my order. They just flat out took my money.

Supertweaks are absolute scumbags. Last year they attempted to scam me out of thousands of dollars F-gear, and through my credit card company got the transaction reversed; A year later, they are trying to charge my CC again.
