Is this normal? My 81 308 GSTI begins making much more power right at 2800 rmp. This continues all the way up to the redline. I am wondering if a cylinder is not firing, then comes on at this 2800. It feels like a big surge. Not having owned a 308 before I don't know if this is normal.
