    Let me start by saying that I have never watched Survivor. (In fact I don't watch much TV at all, except for documentaries and old movies.) Having said that, the idea to divide teams by race has to be one of the go_d__dest stupid things to come out of commercial TV in recent years. What the frak are they thinking? Are they desperate for ratings and hoping to appeal to the KKK / Nazi demographic? I just now read that GM withdrew their sponsorship, claiming it had nothing to do with the latest format. Yeah, right...

    I have never watched it myself but it seems that they have managed to get the show back in the limelight with this maneuver.....

    The 4-team split will last all of 2 episodes. Seems to me a bunch of people are looking for things in this world to get pissed off about.

    It'd be better if they set phd'd and MD's vs high school drop outs and ex cons.

    Depends on what pisses you off. To me I get more pissed off with all the overly PC crap everywhere you go in this country.

    On topic though as some one said the 4 tribes will only be like that for the first few episodes. Also, there will be ONE winner not one tribe, therefore everyone has an equal shot of winning regardless of race.

    Funny thing is people have always said that there is not enough diversity on TV.
    Yet now that a show is going to air with a completely equal cast race wise, people are getting there panties in a wad about it. I don't get it.

    I agree with Tillman in that people are just looking for things to get up in arms about these days.

    I dont really have anything wrong with it. It was bound to happen sometime. I personally cant wait to watch this version and see what happens.
