There were 9 different auctions for these that ended yesterday alone, between 11:15am 'til 3:45pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time...you must have checked in after the final auction closed @ 3:45pm. After that, all you'll see is FerrParts's BIN listing.

Good Point! He (I think he is a he...& not a she) advertises them retailing @ $1200., that would be for genuine F-parts, not for Chinese knock-offs
And they're advertised as being 'new', I'd see that as on the shady side of false advertising if they're knock-offs.
But then again, I don't know if I'm looking to get another 20+ yrs. of life out of these parts, I don't think I'll have the car then :(

Very interesting though...how a flood of these suddenly appear on the market! 2 sets were auctioned off by them back on Oct. 3rd.
I know that Dennis McCanns business (Home - Dennis McCann's All Ferrari Parts Inc. www.allferrariparts.com) was up for sale years ago so sometimes when businesses like those are bought, parts can suddenly appear. It's not like he advertises, you've got to search for the parts on his site.

I bought a set like this on ebay a year + ago and I think cost was lower, but not sure without checking records. They certainly were new. The quality looked good and I would not have thought Chinese origin was possible. Remember these parts are common to a lot of other cars including Maserati and maybe some large Fiat's (not an oxymoron in Italy). Markup on these parts is very high by even the discount F sources, so if you can get to the original manufacturer there is money to be made.

After finding this failed bushing that appears to have been installed in 2007 I am going to stay clear of reproduction oem-style bushings. It is crucial that the bushing is properly bonded to the inner metal sleeve and I don't have faith in the available rubber bushings. I am going with a graphite impregnated polyurethane bushing. David at Ferrari Service of Bedford (NH) should have them in stock although I'm sure there are other sources too.

Do you know whether Dennis' business is still up? Is he still selling parts? I've tried to call their number and it always goes to voice mail...

I just returned to our Columbus home over the weekend & noticed a thread started about Allferrariparsts.com in the Ferrari Discussion section so I paid Dennis & Norma a visit yesterday morning. They're both alive & well but she was out on an appt. when I popped in. The phone rang about 4 times while I was there for about a half hour but he didn't answer because we were caught up in conversation.
His business is still for sale & he has people knocking his doors down to buy the building/property but not his inventory. He did mention that at some point he may have to put the inventory up on eBay to unload it, & that he just bought a truckload of parts from Ferrari of Washington a little while ago.
    My recommendation…
Everyone get their parts order together, call him & see what parts he's got on hand, & make him an offer :D

    Good day,

I always found that faxing my requests works the best. This way they can respond when they have a moment... usually the end of the day or early the next.

    Cheers,

    Sam
