    Hi there

Trying to locate the suspensions ECU on my Ferrari 456 M GT (year 2000).

Downloaded this part list : http://www.redparts.it/image_redparts/82/282/844_130.jpg

It's not clear to me where exactly the ECU (part 33, shown in the bottom right and top left boxes) is located in my car and what does "GD" -top left box - means.

    Anyone could shed a light?

    Thanks

Looks like its behind the kick panel in drivers foot well.

GD refers to Right hand drive cars

Thanks. I had been looking behind the passenger's foot panel (where the fuse box is located) but had no joy. Will give it a try today.

On the Maranellos, it is under the cheek panel on the passenger side. The drawings in the WSM make it difficult to tell if it is there or near the fuse panel.

So, managed to have a look.

Near the driver’s foot well i found 3 Ecu’s : two stracked on the top of each other (Pics 1 & 2) and a small one (pic 3) that looks like the inclination ECU.

Behind the foot well there’s a part to unscrew (pic 4). Before even touching it I’d appreciate if someone could confirm that the Suspension ECU is right there or is one of the 2 stacked ECU’s).

    Thanks a lot

It should have two connection ports, yellow and green.

Done. It was behind the driver's foot well. Suspension light gone off, shame that thw "Check OK" light doesn't show up anymore (guess one can't asks for too many things to go well...;-)
