I recently bought a us spec 308 gtb from '78

Living in Europe i like to have a set of meters in Km / Celcius instead of Miles & Faherenheit.
Maybe there is someone in the US having the opposite wish...

PM me if you do and we'll might endup happier both!

You might take the high road and learn metrics. It's surprising how close and quickly your mind can calculate on the fly. Having lived overseas a number of years, I became comfortable quite quickly.

First step is a temporary masking tape on the glass with a marks at 100/62 and 50/31 which rounds nicely to 100/60 and 50/30.

For temp knowing 100C is the danger point know that 194=90 but memory aid use 190=90.

And learn your height in 'hands' for cocktail party small talk. And be thankful the clocks don't have two scales for days and tenth of days, hours and tenth of hours.

And the one which can throw you more than any other conversion is tire air pressure - psi/ kpa

And enjoy your fortunate working vacation.
