    Put the bush in the freezer and drop link in the oven .

    Are you sure that's not the outer shell of the old bushing? I seem to remember when I did mine the bushing pressed straight into the aluminum link, not into a sleeve in the link!

    Just use a vernier and measure the OD of new new bush vs. the ID of the hole. Its a press fit, so their should only be a few thou interference fit.

    Yes - it looks like your outer bushing is still in there. Just did these using Superformance bushes. If you are unsure, just take a caliper and confirm the ID. Photo shows bush out on top and new SF bush installed in bottom. Image Unavailable, Please Login

    Should be bare aluminum inside without the bushing.
