    In the UK you cannot register a car with a licence plate that would make the car appear to be newer than it is, although there are some exceptions to this. A licence plate with a suffix of "F" means that this vehicle was made in, or after 1988!

    Probably still in the wrong forum! I believe this one is for Ferrari based cars, there is nothing Ferrari in this example.

    Yes, it is a DNA Z3-based “tribute”. See: . Apparently, DNA ceased making these after receiving some attention from Ferrari.
