Switch Illumination

Following the service the condition report noted that some switch illumination was not working, a part of the aircon rotary switch and one of window switches, I contacted my nearest Ferrari dealer to obtain replacement lamps but they could not help,*
after much research I found these guys in Southampton, ABD.co.uk, where you can order online or visit them, as the lamps are very special I decided to pay them a visit and they came up with the correct replacements,*
the one's in the Aircon panel are very small and include the base as well as the lamp (R509TDBK) the one in the window switch is larger (ABD286 mini).*

The important thing is that the lamps show green when illuminated and this is due to the lamp having a green silicone sleeve which you have to remove and fit to the new lamps**DON'T throw them away*

NB They are lamps and not bulbs - bulbs are for planting in the garden*

The car performs much better now*;-)
