One of my residences is in a high rise building. The parking garage sounds similar to yours. The parking spaces near the A/C condensing units usually have a duplex needed for maintenance. See if you can reserve or park near that spot and you can run your trickle off that duplex. That is what I do. I had to get them to relocate my reserved spots to that location.

depends on the Porsche. I have a 73 911 and a 964 as well as a scud. The 911s seem to get similar attention as the scud. My old 997 gt3 did as well. Being that all my 911s are/were red and modified might have garnered the attention though :)

My 458SPIDER has recently required two new batteries, and is on its fourth charger. They keep frying even when plugged into the surge charger I bought. Meanwhile, the 812 is fine. F dealer says it’s the outlet. Condo HOA has tested the outlet and says it’s the charger and battery.

Of course they would say its the charger, lol. You likely are getting some "dirty power" to that outlet, or perhaps that outlet is suffering from too many surges or possibly too many quick power failures which will fry a computer board in no time.

Much appreciated Kent. What kind of test should I demand they do? Thanks!

Make sure you are using a quality charger, like CTEK, have a certified electrician of your own come out and do a test and if nothing shows up while he/she is there testing, use one of these with your charger: https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/isobar-ultrablok-428-surge-suppressor/apd/a5509799/power-cooling-data-center-infrastructure

Your charger should be properly specced for your car. If you're already using a higher end CTEK and you've gone through so many, its a problem with the outlet. An electrician can use an oscilloscope on your outlet to check voltages. Most surge protectors on the market are garbage, but the one I linked here is a good one.
