    Diabetes is terrible, but controllable to a point.
    My Father in Law has had Diabetes for over 30 years, he’s 72 now.
    A strict diet and exercise has allowed him to remain healthy.
    He started Dialysis 18 months ago.

    From what I know the last the band saw of him was when he came to the Abbey Road studio while they were recording Dark Side. Gilmour sent Xmas cards every year, but no replies.
