Does anyone have any experience w/ Symbolic on their service department? I want to take my Gallardo in to check Egear problem? Positive and negative feedbacks if any?

E gear has upshifting problem from 1st to 2nd in sport mode. A very noticable drop in rpm after gear is engaged in 2nd.
