    Anyone had problems with synchro rings ?

    My box has been rebuilt and is sticking in gear.

    Only thing changed was synchro rings.

    I don't see how synchro rings can cause a gear to get stuck, wrongly assembled selector shafts and the like can... best to go back to the rebuilder.
