Hi Everyone I am looking for some help, I was synchronizing the carbs on my 1978 308 gts, and as synchronizing the back two, I could not get them to work. At 1500 RPM, the synchrometer read 10 on the left carb, and 5 on the right. I played with the synchro screw, put they would not sync. Also when placing the synchrometer on the right carb, the reading would slowly rise to 5, in comparison to the other carbs, the reading would jump really fast on the synchrometer. What do you think?
I think birman may have your answer, he has posted instructions on his site, i have used them to good effect. From the sounds of it you may have to start again, time consuming but effective. Good luck PS I have not got link but if you search birman ferrari on interweb you should find it.
