I'd like to thank Lee at T. Rutlands with this, my 1,000th post.

I got a hand written letter saying how in cleaning up some E-Bay orders he realized that I called in and overpaid with my credit card. So he is crediting my credit card back the difference. Then "In the future please feel free to contact me directly if you have any issues with your parts or service." Ends it with a big Thanks, Lee.

I really like that and want to say thanks Lee. It really made my day and it's a pleasure doing business.

PS I'm still looking for that vent window for the Daytona.

i have had great service from them as well. Ted bought my former 77 black gtb from the new owner (vin *21311*) after it burned in Atlanta, in hopes of repairing it. great group of people there.

I will take this opportunity to add my appreciation for all the great service from Lee and Ted over the past couple of years. One experience stands out in my mind - I ordered windshield gaskets for my '64 330. The rear one broke at a seam. The glass installer swore up and down he did everything correct. Spoke with Lee who explained that they had no problems with the batch. Bear in mind that T. Rutlands has to order a run of these in numbers high enough to justify production then sell them slowly, one at a time. He asked me to send it back and they would consider my request for a refund. True to their word, Ted and Lee refunded my money (applied to a replacement) without any fanfare at all.

Quality and ethical service makes loyal customers. Here's one.
